Fun is the Secret of a Healthier Life

It's a well-known fact that having a good time is an integral part of life, but what if it were also the secret to a healthier life?
That's the premise put forth by award-winning health journalist, Catherine Price, in her TED Talk, "Why Having Fun is the Secret to a Healthy Life".
Ms. Price argues that having fun is key to physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, as it can reduce stress, enhance creativity, and boost the immune system.
Plus, it's what motivates us to make healthier choices, like exercising and eating right. (and maybe continue studying English despite the struggle?)
Fortunately, Price doesn't think having fun requires a hefty investment of money or time. She suggests simple activities like going for a stroll, playing a board game, or getting creative with a cooking or painting project.
So, if you're looking to get your health back on track without feeling discouraged, take a break from your to-do list and indulge in something fun. Your body and mind will thank you!
P.S. The same goes for English training, that's why my classes are sometimes illuminated by giggling and laughter:

So make it enjoyable/relatable, make it healthy, and take your breaks!
