Can and Shoud we improve the way we lead and participate in meetings?

A Microsoft survey found 68% of people don't have enough uninterrupted focus time during the workday.

If there is one thing Covid has shown the working class it is how unfamiliar we are with the Management of Conference Calls and Modern Work Pace, due to several aspects such as:

time management issues.

These, as well as other factors, can make our working day difficult, our efforts wasted and our work inefficient. On top of that, we tend to feel horrible, our body and brain undergo stress and the following day doesn't usually look any better.
